Wytron DVD-899 1 to 12 CD/DVD/Blu-ray Pure SATA Bus Controller Card
Wytron DVD-899 1 to 12 CD/DVD/Blu-ray Pure SATA Bus Controller Card DVD-899 provides 13 SATA ports on-board by using 13 fully independent SATA channels, one for master device and the other 12 ports to connect up to 12 sets of CD/DVD/Blu-Ray SATA bus writer for max. burning capability. The master device can be either SATA hard drive or CD/DVD/Blu-Ray Combo reader/writer. Through independent design, each port will then have its max. bandwidth to run at the max. burning speed.
DVD-899 equips with 128MB of DDRII-SDRAM. Through the good programming, the limited memory buffer is used effectively and efficiently, much better than those competitior's controller cards which equipped with much more memory size but without doing anything good, just wasting money and the cost.
BIOS firrmware can be easily upgraded to suit the latest CD/DVD/Blu-Ray writers released in the market. "One ring to rule all", Wytron's controller card is always fitted with one universal BIOS that suitable for all writers it supports and is not releasing special firmware for specific writer to cause inconvenience for customers, unlike the way of one firmware for one writer in the competitor's controller card.
Max. connection compatibility for CD/DVD/Blu-Ray writers in the market such as Pioneer, Asus, BenQ, LG, Lite-ON, NEC, Sony, etc.(Please contact our support for detail). All are available for DVD-898 and there is no special firmware required to connect any specific writer. Blu-ray writers are also supported directly.
