Nexis Pro RM is the worlds fastest media publishing system with a
integrated full function personal computer, featuring two high speed
SATA II - DVD/CDR drives that are directly dirven off the mother
board chip set. With the full bandwidth of SATA II made available for
data access, the drives two 20x DVD burners can burn data at their
fastest speeds. These burn speeds are simply unacheivable through USB
connected devices.
The Nexis Pro RM also sports a vastly improved print engine, with
true six color photo quality printing capability. The Nexis Pro RM
system represents XLNT Idea’s ongoing cutting edge design and
engineering capability. Nexis Pro RM also includes a new and improved
version of XLNT Idea’s DiscWorks software, providing users with
the most intuitive and user friendly job enabling and label editing
application available today.

Setup
The Nexis Pro RM makes media
publishing easier than ever before. With Windows XP and XLNT Idea
DiscWorks software preinstalled onto the internal harddisc, setup is
as easy as connecting a network cable and/or a monitor and keyboard
and pressing the on button to boot the system up.
Print Quality and Multi-Ink-Cart
The Nexis Pro PR offers the
industry’s first and only true six color photo quality printing
with multi-ink-cart configuration capabilities in media printing and
publishing. The advanced print engine of the Nexis Pro RM provides
multiple ink cart options, for the highest photo quality prints using
6 colors we recommend using the high capacity Three Color-CO5 ink
cart in combination with the Photo Color-PC1 ink cart, which produces
outstanding print results. For prints that have a lot of text in
black we recommend using the high capacity Three Color-CO5 ink cart
in combination with the high capacity Black- BK4 ink cart, which
considerably bring down the cost per print.
Ink
The Nexis Pro RM uses high capacity, low cost XLNT Idea
inkjet cartridges available at www.xlntidea.com. The high capacity of
the inkjet cartridges makes the cost per finished disc lower than the
competition. This provides the end user with the most cost effective
solution but best of all no more worrying about running out of ink.
Flexibility
The Nexis Pro RM is perfect for the mastering of
amateur or commercial CD/DVDs, software publishing and music CD
producing as well as time-critical applications such as data
distribution, digital photo processing, service bureaus and kiosks.
The integrated harddrive makes storing and retrieval of your
important files and projects simplier and faster than ever.
Speed
Because of the intergrated Windows PC and fast SATA2
connectors the Nexis Pro RM will outperform all other stand alone
Media Publishing Systems. In standardized testing the Nexis Pro RM
can burn more that 50 discs per hour making it faster than all other
models and the independently mounted disc transport robotics giving
the Nexis Pro RM the ability to move disc's while printing which
helps achieves the highest throughput possible.
100 Disc Capacity
The Nexis Pro 100 DVD comes standard with 50
disc hoppers. However you can easily double your per session disc
capacity with the available 100 Disc Kiosk adapter.
Network Accessible
Because of the integrated Windows XP PC the
Nexis Pro RM is easily accessible over a network with the bundled
Discworks software. No additional costs for software or tricky
licensing fees involved.
SDK
Software developers and system integrators now have access
to the Nexis PRO RM SDK (Software development kit), available for
free to registered partners. Example applications and sample code is
provided along with live support from XLNT Idea engineers to help you
